Luka Podlogar graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana and then earned an MBA at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has more than 10 years’ experience in management, after graduating first as the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Parsek, a company for online services. Between 2006 and 2010 he worked at Citigroup in London as an investment banker in the area of sales and acquisitions and financing companies in the industrial and automotive sectors. In September 2010, he joined the KD Group as an assistant to the executive directors where he was primarily responsible for the field of corporate development. In July 2016, he commenced a second 4-year term as a President of the Management Board of KD Funds.

She was born on August 23, 1979. She graduated on the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, afterwards, the post-graduate studies ends at the Institute de la Francophonie pour administration et la Gestation (IFAG) in Sofia.  She holds an investment consulting certificate issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.  In the period from 2003 to 2008 she has been employed in Silmak, AAG and in the Pension Fund Management Company NLB Nov Penziski fond AD Skopje. Since 2008 she has been employed in KD Fondovi AD Skopje, as a portfolio manager. Since October 26, 2018 she was appointed Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Generali Investments AD Skopje.

He was born on 16.10.1978. He graduated on the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “in Skopje, where he also completes the postgraduate studies in the field of Management of Business Administration (MBA). He holds a certificate for working with securities and an operating license of an investment advisor, issued by the SEC. Since 2001 he has worked as a specialist in documentary operations in international payment operations in the Foreign Exchange Operations Department of NLB Tutunska Banka AD Skopje. Since 01.06.2008 he has been continuously performing the function Chief Executive Officer of the Management Company.

He was born on April 5, 1980. He graduated in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Alma Univesitas Studiorum Parmensis, and completed his postgraduate studies with an MBA at 24ORE Business School. From 2005 to 2014 he pursued the business consulting career at Accenture Business Consulting first and at McKinsey and Company thereafter. In 2015 he joined Generali Group covering few roles among which Group Head of Strategy and Group Head of Investors’ and Credit Rating Agencies’ relation.

In July 2019 he moved to Generali Austria, CEE & Russia Region to cover the role of Chief Financial and Transformation Officer for Asset & Investment Management businesses. At present, he is also member of few Boards of Directors and Executive Committees in Generali AM companies in the Region. From December 2020, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Generali Investments AD Skopje.

Ivan Pajek graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska in Koper, where he completed his postgraduate studies. He has over 30 years of professional experience with financial markets. In 2011 he joined KD Skladi d.o.o. Ljubljana as Advisor to the Management Board. In April 2017, he was elected as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors for a six-year term.
